About the role

We're a small, growing web development studio working with exciting clients in the tech and startup space. We need someone who can help us scale our operations while maintaining the quality and client relationships we're known for.

This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing order to creative chaos, keeping projects on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be working directly with David (that's me, the founder) to manage multiple client projects and build systems that help us work smarter.

What you'll do

Project management:

• Track multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in Linear
• Coordinate meetings and manage schedules across time zones
• Keep clients updated with clear, professional communication
• Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve problems

Operations & systems:

• Organize and maintain our Notion workspace
• Help build and document processes that scale
• Manage our marketing presence (Contra, Collective, and other platforms)
• Keep David on track (yes, this includes friendly but firm reminders)
• Identify opportunities to improve how we work

Client experience:
